Xilin bottle washing, drying, filling and rolling linkage line
The machine is composed of vertical ultrasonic washing machine, deheating tunnel, Xilin bottle filling machine and capping machine, four machines can also be used independently. Suitable for the filling of 1-50 ml Xylin bottles, it can complete more than 20 work procedures, such as ultrasonic bathing, three WFI and circulating water cleaning, three compressed air washing, external wall water cleaning and compressed air washing, preheating, drying, sterilization, deheating, cooling, pre-filled gas purification, filling, post-filled gas purification, sealing, plugging and capping. After years of research and development efforts, this combined filling line has been successfully launched with a high capacity and meets GMP requirements. It is characterized by fast production, high qualification rate, easy maintenance and operation, and low operating costs. This compact, integrated filling line is fully automated with PLC control.
