本机适用于对口服液瓶、安瓿瓶、西林瓶等各类玻璃瓶的干燥、灭菌， 并配有耐高温百级垂直层流洁净装置，符合GMP 规范。烘箱高温灭菌 区的温度可控制，并可显示和自动无纸记录仪。并能打印输出(U盘导 出)。最低有效灭菌温度不低于170℃。高温灭菌区温度温度波动范围为 ±10℃。隧道各腔体内的洁净度不低于100级。灭菌后的口服液瓶微生 物限度应符合药典要求。
